At Orange Rabbit, we work hard to build what we call our "Minimum Standards”. We know that using products across this platform will give you a great platform to operate your business from (we know this because we “Eat our own rabbit food” and use ALL of the same services to run our own company).

As a Dell Authorised Reseller we are able to supply and service Dell products whilst recommending the best-fit products for your unique business cases across the full range of Dell devices.

Desktop Scanners
Office Management and the "Paperless Office" movement has seen an increased need for document scanning which has moved from a central operation task which was traditionally attached to a large office photocopier, onto an office workers desk.
We prefer Epson desktop scanning solutions when this requirement needs to be fulfilled.
Security in the Cloud, on the Desktop and on the go
We recommend and use a variety of technologies to provide security to a modern workplace. We start with Windows and Mac desktop antivirus and firewall solutions powered by Datto EDR.
For office-wide and perimeter firewall security, we recommend Untangle firewall appliances, tailored to your specific requirements.
When it comes to cloud security solutions, we rely on Microsoft's own defender and threat protection services, but we also layer in the MailGuard email filtering solution.
To cover your Windows and Mac users when they are in the office or on-the-go, we recommend Cisco Umbrella DNS filtering solution to minimise the chance your users hit the wrong links whether they are in the office or in an airport!
Save your data, keep the doors open!
A backup on its own doesn't do much without testing and Disaster Recovery planning. This is why our go-to solution is a managed Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery appliance powered by Datto technology.
We place a dedicated device into your network that takes care of all the steps related to a good business continuity plan. Regular backups, multiple snapshots, backup verification, regular testing and even malware scanning, but most importantly really fast restores.
Is your data in the cloud? That's ok, there is a Datto solution for that too! We also recommend Microsoft Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery services to protect the cloud elements that Datto BCDR can't.
What about your Microsoft 365 data? All your company emails, files in OneDrive and SharePoint and even conversations in Microsoft Teams... We recommend Datto SaaS protect for Microsoft 365 to keep all this data safely stored on another cloud service because the default data retention provided by Microsoft 365 for deleted items just isn't enough protection for your business.
Platforms for Success
There are quite a few software solutions that we recommend to support the ongoing and efficient operations of your business.
Our entire business technology roadmap is built around the latest releases of Microsoft Server Platforms (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server), Windows Desktop Platforms (Windows 11) and Microsoft Office products (Office 365).
If you have a need for remote application delivery, we highly recommend Microsoft Azure Desktop.
When it comes to Printing, we have a couple of solutions:
- Printix - is a fantastic cloud-based solution that makes printer deployment a breeze, especially in networks with many printers and drivers.
- PaperCut software - is another printing platform that enables vendor-agnostic secure printing and management services whilst also providing a central print service that can be accessed by Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and ChromeOS devices.
Mobile Device Management enables you to provide central policy and control on mobile devices, and most importantly, act quickly to remediate if a device is lost or stolen. We are happy to recommend Telstra MDM for active Telstra customers, which is powered by VMware AirWatch. In the event you aren't a Telstra customer, we recommend Microsoft InTune MDM which can be activated as part of your Microsoft 365 subscription.

What happens if they aren't mentioned here?
Whilst we pride ourselves on our troubleshooting skills and abilities to solve many different types of technical problems, please bear in mind that for 3rd party products outside our Minimum Standards, it may take us some extra time to familiarise ourselves with managing and supporting these products.
If the issues can and should be supported by the 3rd party vendor, then we may help you liaise with the vendor directly to get the problem solved in the most efficient and timely manner for you.
We may still be able to purchase items from other vendors at your request (depending on whether our distributors stock it), however if any unforeseen issues arise in the setup, installation and ongoing use, we may need to invoice you separately for this time.
